The film is a tough-guy drama focused on drug trafficking, telling the story of Xiao Jianfeng, who, after being wrongfully imprisoned overseas for 25 years, is entrusted by a mysterious figure to follow instructions to learn the whereabouts of his wife and daughter upon his release. Additionally, Xiao Jianfeng's engineer brother inadvertently discovers a complex drug trafficking network but is assassinated.
